The Mound City Panthers have two things on their mind. Winning a second consecutive state championship and revenge. Friday night 11/6 the Panthers will host Worth County in the opening round of the Missouri 8-man playoffs. Gametime at Mound City is 7 p-m. Pre-game coverage on SUNNY 101.3 begins at 6:35 p-m.
Worth County defeated Mound City 22-20 in the regular season bringing the Panthers unbeaten streak to an end. You will be able to hear all Mound City Playoff action live on SUNNY 101.3.

Round two of the Nebraska High School Football playoffs will be this Wednesday, November 4th. On SUNNY 101.3 we will broadcast the Johnson-Brock Eagles as they host Shelby. Gametime at Johnson is 5 p-m with the pre-game show at 4:40 p-m. Randy Gottula has the call of the Eagles game.
Earlier in the afternoon we will bring you Pawnee City at Bancroft Rosalie on sister station A-M 1230 KTNC. Kickoff is at 1:30 p-m.
At 4 p-m Wednesday on 92.1 F-M, KMZA John Nixon will provide coverage of the HTRS Titans as they host Oakland - Craig. Pre-game will be at 3:40 p-m.

The Nebraska High School football playoffs begin on Thursday, October 29th. SUNNY 101.3 will broadcast the Humphrey at Pawnee City game that starts at 3:30 p-m.
When the Pawnee City game is over, or one team has a decided advantage we will switch to the Allen at Falls City Sacred Heart game in Falls City which kicks off at 5 p-m.
Once this game is over, or well in hand, we will bring you the Johnson County Central at Humboldt-Table Rock - Steinauer game from Power Field in Humboldt. This game will begin at 6 p-m.
On A-M 1230, KTNC, you can hear the Falls City Tigers in first round playoff action at Wahoo against Bishop Neumann. Kickoff will be at 6 p-m.
Friday night, 10/30 SUNNY 101.3 will broadcast the final regular season game from Mound City when the Panthers host South Holt at 7 p-m. Our pre-gave coverage will begin at 6:35 p-m.

The regular season is wrapping up for High School football teams in Nebraska. Friday night 10/16 we have an important Class D1 district game in 8-man football as Freeman will be in Pawnee City. Both teams have just one loss in the district.
Next week we have two games on Thursday. That afternoon Falls City Sacred Heart will be on the road at Parkview Christian in Lincoln for a 4 p-m game. At 7 p-m that night Johnson County Central will host HTRS in Tecumseh.
Friday night 10/23 we wrap up regular season coverage in Nebraska when Auburn travels to Ashland-Greenwood for a 7 p-m kickoff.
The Missouri 8-man regular season will wrap-up on October 30th in the annual rivalry game featuring South Holt at Mound City. Gametime will be 7 p-m.
